Hi ...

This week really full with so many exciting things! I love it! (but, when I posted this, it'll a month later after it really happened ...)

Hello, welcome back, for you who new here and don't know me, pleasure, my name is Arum, formely knows as temporary jobless person while doing part-time unpaid blogging, I write random things with kind of terrible grammar, I hope you find this blog interestin and I hope this blog can cheer you up. SO, let's go!

11 March 2017, it's my friend graduation ceremony! Finally, they're graduating from collage after 4.5 years. Last year, well, 6 months ago, I have my graduation ceremony, and they made me something, so this year, I make this for them.



See that? Yes, a parcel! 

I love food, I love eating, and I love sharing my food with my friends (except when I really hungry or don't have much money, I won't share my food even when they're asking) and the immportant part is, graduation ceremony really makes me hungry, when I had that. So, I give them food!

I bought all the supplies a week before the day and I just get the discounted one (I'm sorry, I leaked this, just for your information, I'm not rich yet). Together with my mother, we arrange it, so it'll become beautiful ... I made 7 of them ... I have 7 friends that graduated that day.

I failed to make them beautiful! But, meh, it's alright ...

Brought 7 parcels is hard though. So heavy! But, my friend Albin still have my old unit room's key, so I, at least have a place to stay for a while and in my old unit, I have 3 friends graduated so I can entursted 3 parcels to Albin until I get back from my major building.


Chris come from Jakarta for this day and we meet in my unit room because he has to make flower using baloons and none of us are pro enough to make that baloon thing, so we failed ... sadly ... but he brings another baloons which hasn't blown up yet. Nah, we'll managed!

My major's theme for graduation ceremony is The Great Wall of China!! They have dragon! SO COOL! 

Our insitute graduation ceremony is kinda unique. All the graduates of course has an actual formal ceremony in a hall with rector and the other, but after that formal ceremony, all the graduates will be paraded to their own building with different theme. So each major will produced how to escort the graduates in their own fun way. (oh, I love my English ... terrible)

So, yeah, we're waiting in a 'kinda' hallway to see them get pareded.





Searching for them in a room full of people is really hard ... but, Chris already gave a shark baloon to Rendy (oh, yeah, I forgot to mention their name, it's Rendy and Ara) so, we can find him right away. But, Ara, we lost her ... we don't know where she is!
Nah, we find her, downstairs ... 

They look fabulous though. They make a very special outfit for graduation, although their outfit was covered by balck thingy cape the whole day. But, graduation is a thing, special occasion that should be celebrated. 

Those 2 aren't the only people that I should meet in this occasion. Remember? I made 7 parcels, 4 of them I already met, and I will meet the rest 3 in a different place. Because I we have appointment to take a photo in a studio at 4pm, so I can meet the other 3 a little longer.





Three of them are in different major, like Kakek (well, his name is Rian, but he is the oldest, so we call him Kakek which means 'grandpa'), the big man with glasses, is in Product Design Major, Acong, the little man with glasses, is in Visual Communication Design, and the only girl, Tika, is in Civil Engineering.

We are hungry, so we decided to have a meal at Sushi Tei in Trans Studio Mall, which where we going to take studio photo. There are 12 of us and the only people who order food are me, Chris, and Gema, the other ... just order the cheapest menu ... because they're already eat ...

Hi ...

How's your life going recently? 

Well, I am have a quite busy week, last week, or two weeks before this post, I have an amazing deadline, which is now finished. Thank, God! Of course I have another deadline ... waiting ... from ... the outside ... 

Just stop saying you are busy! I know you're not!

And I pinched my fingers to car's door! My middle finger and my ring finger (?) turns black ... it is scary ... I slept with ice on my fingers the whole night ... I would love to put the picture of it in this post, but it'll be really disgusting (?) I guess. This isn't gore blog, yea knaaa ... and I would not turn this into a gore blog. 

I can't use my right hand properly for a week, ck ... but, you know what? I am a pro! I can use my left hand as my main hand like usual. Yea, kind of ... ups ... I'm not messing up everything, I promise!

My new hobby these past three weeks is listening to really 90's music on Spotify. Whoever made that playlist, four thumbs up for you! I was listening to Celine Dion's It's All Coming Back To Me Now, song while writing this post. Brings back memories ... What a 90's ...

This post is chitty chatty post, It's been awhile, or I think ... ever I made this before? After this post, I'll tell you about my friends graduation ceremony. It's like two or three weeks back by the way ... I really up to date for blog post. *crying in the corner

I really need to stick on my plan but keeping a plan is so hard ... Oh, and my work friend accidentally delete very important file that has no backup, and she asks me to recover that file. I tried and failed, of course, I am not a programmer. And my other work friend keeps telling me to not give up and keep trying. Well, I am trying but he can't do anything ... that's so useless ... my mood really go downhill that time (sigh), I would appreciate if you can do something rather than keep telling people to not give up. But in the end he asks his nephew or someone in his family to fix it. 

Life advice : Don't ever force people something they're not pro about but, you, yourself cannot do anything to it.

I found these two ice creams, emmm ... no, I found one, and my aunty gave me one ... which one do you think the best? I haven't tried both of them, but oreo is one of my favourite snacks all the time, so I give it a go ...

The first one, the one which looks like cone is from Wall's ice cream, I believe ... 

And the second one is from Aice, a brand new Singaporean ice cream.

My last two post and this post really is full with birthday ... and this is happen like, a week after my birthday ... but, I still have to write this because I want to, alright ... let's straight to it!

Remember my post when I went to a hot spring in Cipanas, Garut? Fajar is one of them and he having a birthday in 8th March and his girlfriend, Nurul, has a plan to surprise Fajar in his birthday ... 

At first we want to take a place in Shingen Restaurant in Bandung to suprise him, but it is hard to take him there as the place is quite far, and three of us (Power Ranger Squad, though ... contain five people) are working until 4-5 pm, and the other person is still in collage, busy. By the way, Fajar still in collage, too, but just nearly graduated ... (maybe ... we hope ...) 

So ... SURPRISE WE DID IT!

No, just joking ... I forgot ... what are we doing ...?

Oh, yeah ... 

Nurul's plan is so 'niat' or 'heartily'. She draws a plan of how to do the room, bought so many balloons (don't worry we're not let it fly to the sky), bought flowers, light, and the things we'll need to surprise him. Rino and I just have one job to to, bought a cake. And one more person, Gaia, has the hardest part and if it fails, he well hated forever by Fajar ... it's kinda too much, but yeah ... let's get going ... I'll tell you later what his job is.

In the end we will surprise him in his own house with a lot of support from his family. I left my workplace at 5pm and going straight to my collage, his house is close from our collage, to meet Rino who is waiting in my collage's cafe, drinking tea, alone in a bar seat ... because you know, we have to buy a cake.

Nurul just left early from her workplace and bought everything that she needs and bring it with an uber. Before that, she made an appointment with Fajar to eat somewhere and Gaia's job is to prevent Fajar to come late, or not coming to that appointment. 

Gaia'll be that annoying person to Fajar, I don't know how he makes Fajar come to his boarding room (please, I don't what 'kost' in English) and ranting to him, or something, but he just did.

Meanwhile in the same time Gaia asks to Fajar to come to his boarding room (in Fajar's house), Nurul already in Fajar's house with lots of helium balloons adn other things, and she sneaks in to storage room in Fajar's house which is very close to Fajar's room. You know, again, I don't know how she did that, she just did and she can hear anything that both of them said in that storage room.

6pm already, Rino and I already bought the cake and ready to bring it to Fajar's. Can you guess what, we are arrive before Fajar and Gaia went out ... and we have to hide ... somewhere not in his house ...

6.30pm Nurul gave us code to come in a decorate his room like this ...

I forgot what time but, Gaia has to make Fajar back to his house. So, one of Fajar's family member, his sister, I think, called him because Gaia left his wallet in the house. Fajar might get annoyed with Gaia, surely ...

In the end, we're not really success but he quite happy with it.

Fajar treat us to eat in Upnormal, yeah ... ! But, I can't eat much because Upnormal really full with spicy things, me and Rino can't eat spicy things, and I just ordered something beyond ordinary spicy (why restaurant in Indonesia always sell spicy things? WHY?!) so we just gave it to Gaia who's get himself, surrender ...

And we played Scabble while eating. All of us didn't know how to play it, the only rule we know is just 'makes word with letters you have and count the points' kind of like that. Rino and Gaia are just so competitive. V E R Y C O M P E T I T I V E which Rino lost and Gaia won.

It's just a bloody game, oh my God ... You're not gonna die after losing in Scrabble ...

So, we went home ...

BURGER!!

Hi ...

I ate 24cm burger for dinner!!

Mm ... come on Arum, that's not very exciting ... 

Well, for you who live in America or a place with so many massive eater, 24cm is 'ck, that's so small, we have bigger than that' attitude. But, hehey, this is Indonesia, 24cm burger is enough for four people or more. 

Okay, I went to Sonoma Resto, Sonoma Cafe (?), a restaurant that provide big burgers for big eaters or burgers to share with people, when . people . run . out . of . money . but . still . wanna . exist . and . up . to . date . in . a . well . known . restaurant . just . for . an . instagram . photo. 

(shut up)

I went there with my friends and my friend, Albin, wants to treat us. I don't know why, but he just wants. When is it? I forgot, but I think in Thursday? Not long from my birthday, I suppose. Nah, hey! We went there and he already did the reservation ... for the place and the burger ... for four of us ... but six at the end ...

But, can you see that? That massive black burger with candles and chips. Chips? Pfft ... such a 'trying' to be British kinda person, pfft ...

SEE THAT ?! 24CM BURGER! I want it all!! All for meh!




Nah, that slice is just the only slice I can eat though ... 24cm burger for six people ... and I don't think we take picture together though ... Well, thank you Albin for the treat, I really appreciate it!

Well, just it? Are you serious? How about the burger? You're really excited before ...

The burger? Meat and eggs are okay, but the bread mmm ... not really ... but it is interesting to try ... works best if you go with people who aren't massive eater like me, so you can pay it cheaper (?) I guess ... if you with more people, what am I trying to say ... 

After that, we went to a park that I forgot what park it is, just chatting until 11pm ... and we gone home ...

I am turning 23!!

Sad music appear ... Joking ...

I started my birthday stay up late, until morning, working, and I nearly forgot I have birthday. No, I completely forgot until my mother come to my room and saw me sitting on the desk (?) and said happy birthday to me. 

What a birthday ...

My feelings for birthday isn't like when I turn 19 anymore. I feel like 'ck, my birthday, I don't want it'. I get older and older, my responsibilities of things are going uphill and I am not excited. I graduated from collage like 6 months ago, hired in a consultant like a month ago, and my mother, even before I turn 23, always said 'my friends already have a grandchildren' or 'this daughter of this person already married' etc, etc. That's a burden, really. 

It's not like I don't want to get married, but this isn't my time yet. 23 is just too young ...

Right! Enough with that!

SO!

I went to One Eighty Cafe with Rino after work because I leave my stuff with Rino (remember, the one in Cipanas post?) in the other day and I am so hungry, so, he recommended me to go there. This place is in Jl. Ganeca No.5, Lb. Siliwangi or for an easy one, near ITB. I'll write about this in another post, alright ...

Well, it's okay, such a pleasure to have friends like them who remember my birthday. 

But! Did you know how they did that? Well, I am the one who ask Rino to eat, not him ... and I already ask my father to pick me up at 8 before (like in 6pm or something) and he's not coming even after an hour. Can you guess ... 

Well, I called my father, right, at 6pm then I want Rino see something on my phone and that time, he look through my phone's call log and wrte my father's number in his phone, go to the toilet, and call my father ...

That's why he's not coming yet even it's already 8pm ...
