Hi ...

This New Year's eve's eve(?), it's actually the day before New Year's Eve. Yes, this is post is about 'where I go' again, well, yeah ... The day when me and my friends, in this sacred Friday, were going somewhere awesome! It's been so long since the last time I met my friends. Just the four of us, though .. but, yeah, it's holiday season, everybody's going out with their family, mostly, spend New Year's day somewhere in this world, throwing fire to the sky in middle of the night, barbeque too ... mmm ... but we're here! In this New Year's Eve's Eve, meeting up, and going somewhere!

(Just go to the topic already!)

Ok, so, in this end of the year, my friend who is working in outer space called Jakarta, back to Bandung to spend New Year's day with his family ... or his friends ... I don't know, so me and my other friends picking him up at the train station. His train supposed to be arrived at 12 something pm and got 15 minutes delayed, because I don't know why, just delayed.

Oh! Before I go to the train station, I went to the bookstore first. I have last minutes voucher from my phone operator and I have and I need to use it because it will expired in that day! I don't want to miss a chance for having discounted books, you know and I have to get some snacks to eat and some water to drink (of course!) so we can enjoy the day eating non stop.

(This gonna be a long post ...)

Finally he showed up, oh and I forgot to introduced my friends to you! My friend who just showed up in the train station is Chris or Ryan, my other friends who come to picking him up with me is Rocky and his girlfriend, Eve. Do I have our picture together? Nah, I forgot, but that's my friends, everyone!

It's lunch time, we're hungry, and we all, at the same time craving for this food!

Don't bother about the appearance, this taste delicious!
For you who don't now must be thinking "What the hell is that? Is that edible? Are you seriously can eat that?!" Calm down everyone that is just seblak! One of Bandung, maybe, street food made from bunch of crackers. From so many seblak's places I've visited, this place is just topnotch! That's tomyum sauce is so tasteful~ You! Yes, you who's reading this post, if you're in Bandung and planning on going to Bandung, come to this place at Ciguriang Street, or Ciguriang Alley, you'll see the name of this stall is Seblak Mamamia, and you'll understand how good this seblak's taste is here even though it's not really has nutrition in it.

We went to Rocky's place after eating because this Chris or Ryan, bring some cake from Jakarta, which is quite booming there. This cake everyone ... this is called Fuwa Fuwa and this is so freaking good!

This cute packaging design though ...
The 'looks so good' cake appearance, fluffy and full of chocolates
We just chatting, eating, and drinking tea. And I am totally forgot about the snacks that I bought earlier ... what a waste ...

We decided to go to Nu Art Gallery in West Bandung nearly North Cimahi because we heard that now you can take picture of those arts but without flash and selfie sticks and the collection increases. The last time I came to this place is when I'm in elementary school, like ten years ago, I think, and I quite curious about the difference between now and before. And when we come here there's an exhibition called 'Carangan' happening until February, the first.

One of 'Carangan' exhibition collection

I'm not so sure what this is, kind of painting or photograph ...

'Are you alright, mate?' This is kinda realistic ...

Zoom out, zoom in

Most of the collections are made from copper and brass in so many sizes. There's an outdoor  gallery too, and the collection is just massive and impressive, but I forgot to take a picture of the outdoor space though ... sorry ...

Those two is made from different material but again, I forgot what is it! The one in the left using real fabric to cover up their vital area. The baby's face is quite scary ...

I won't share too much about these collection, becuse you have to visit this. The price to enter this place is quite expensive (yes, but you won't regret it), Rp 50.000 for adults or $4 and for kids/student is Rp 25.000 or $2. This place is used to be free entry though before 1 October 2016, but can't take a picture, now it's not free but can take a picture, worth it! The owner of this gallery is Nyoman Nuarta, the one who makes GWK Statue in Bali. This place used to have soap craft collections, because the owner's child of this place, specialized in soap crafting, but I think he open up a new gallery, maybe.

Paying Rp 50.000 for adults can get free coffee or tea in that cafe, oh, that's the outdoor space bay the way. (If you see a couple over there, that's Rocky and Eve) Well, if you planning to visit Bandung soon or already in Bandung, visit this place. This place is so great and calming. If you're a great fan or really into art, this place is for you!

Thanks for reading, see you in the next post ...

Bye~
